VISION

"The more high-tech we become, the more nature we need.”

-Richard Louv

The swift rise of consumer virtual reality (VR) combined with recent advances in VR camera technologies presents us with an opportunity to experience the world in a new way. With an increasing ability to hack our sensory experience, VR has the potential to rapidly and powerfully shift human consciousness toward new horizons. ECOVR is about harnessing the power of new immersive technologies to transport viewers on a journey that brings wild nature to life in the most vivid and engaging way possible.

This unique approach is guided by:

  • advancing research on the benefits of restorative environments

  • best-practice in the design of comfortable 3D VR content

  • the ethical use of emerging technologies

  • the promotion of psychological wellbeing

ECOVR is currently working with a number of medical, healthcare and university partners around the world to provide exclusive premium VR content. Activations include psychological research at Stanford University, clinical trials in Oncology (San Diego), The Royal Childrens Hospital (Melbourne), Aged and Residential Care institutions, Outpatient clinics, environmental events, film festivals, Meta Quest and corporate wellness programs.
